My grandmother died this week and her funeral is tomorrow. The problem is I have a $200 order that is supposed to be delivered during that time and I was counting on having tomorrow to look through everything since my day job is over for the summer. I’m a teacher. I am stressed that the client is going to be very angry about having to delay delivery one day because they wanted it tomorrow but there’s no way I’ll be able to deliver at noon tomorrow.
Your only option is to explain the situation to the buyer and request an extension. It’s more likely that they’ll understand and accept.
