Stuck into "withdrawal initiated"

Hi there,
I intended to withdraw my funds from Fiverr to the Payoneer account (which I did before, without any issues) on 27 Nov. But, this time something went wrong I guess, a quick message popped up and I quite not got that. But then the withdrawal initiated.
After waiting for 4 days, I’ve got no mails from Fiverr or Payoneer about the transaction. And it still says “withdrawal initiated”
Please, someone help me to find a way out of this situation. It’s very frustrating to get stuck like this.
