Stupid question

So I submitted a request too CS, 10 mins later the issue resolved itself lol

Can I cancel the request so A) I don’t look like an idiot and B) I don’t bother the staff with a corrected issue and waste valuable time?

is this possible?

I agree with what misscrystal said.

Here’s some additional info. that might be helpful:

When you go to the window where you can post a ticket to CS, I believe you can see a link that says “my activities” to the right-hand side of where it says “Submit a Request”.

When you click on that, you will be taken to a page which lists all the requests that you have posted to CS. It also shows the status (the right-most column) of each of these requests. You can just open the relevant request, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the check box where it says “Please consider this request solved” and click on submit.
