Seller refuse to cancel the order. How do I submit a CS ticket?

However, much of the time, CS will say to work the issue our out with you seller.
There are rules for cancelation. CS won’t help you if you don’t have a good reason.
CS cancelled my order. Less than 30 mins after I submitted the ticket.
Then you must have had good reason.
