I have a voice over order due today and the buyer never sent me the script. It says they submitted the requirements but they have not sent an attachment. I have messaged him 3 times and have requested a time extension but have not received an answer. I have worked with this same buyer 5 times now so I’m sure it was just an oversight but I do not want the due time to come and go and have it reflect negatively on my profile. I have submitted a customer support ticket but just wanted to know if there is anything else I should/could do. Thanks!
