Submitting modified work help

I finished a large project for a client . He was satisfied but wanted just a small modification on one of the 15 illustration that i made for him. Do i need to resubmit the entire project or just the modified illustration?

Just the one that needs the changes I would think, if you’ve delivered all the rest, and he’s happy with them.

You could mention when you redeliver that he was happy with the other 14, and you’ve made x,y,z changes as requested.

You need to redeliver the entire project as the buyer cannot download the files you had provided in the previous delivery after requesting for modification.
