Sudden drop in ranking after my account was flagged

Hello guys,
So, here is my story. My account was flagged for not responding to one of my buyers. I’m not sure who it was but someone flagged my gig for not responding to him/her.
My gig was ranked so, I and my colleague was working on 15 to 20 orders daily. So, there are good buyers and very few “bad?” buyers who threaten you and ask for free work.

And now, it’s been 2 months since I haven’t received a single order/text from new buyers. My impressions are below 30/day. I’ve tried everything like sharing my gig and learn from Fiverr (basic steps). But nothing is really working out for me. Also, I did edit my gig, maybe it’s the reason that my ranking and impressions aren’t rehabilitating:(
