Suddenly my gig was Disappear

I am a level 2 seller. I join fiverr almost 1 years ago. I grow up my gig position to do regular hard work last 1 years. After all that hard work i got 28 position on High Rating page on Graphics Logo Design Category. Suddenly 3 days ago my gig was disappear from there. Till 3 day ago my gig position was 28th on there but now i can’t see it on there & anywhere. When i search my gig then i found it but my gig was disappear from High Rating page. For this reason i don’t receive any work last 3 days. I become very sad. Fiverr is the only way where i earn to maintain my family well. But suddenly my works stopped for this issue. I don’t understand what is the problem.



I inform this issue to fiverr support but they tell me, “position in the category and in search results is dynamic and subjected to changes.” I understand that what they say. But it is also truth that, this is the different of “Recommended page” & “High Rating page”:



Recommended page: This is the page where fiverr editorial team regularly update & give new comers chance for gain extra works when they start there journey on fiverr.



High Rating page: This is the page where every seller get their position day by day increase to gain more & more works & good reviews.
