I have always read about freelancer’s experience with customer support and I have had my fair share too but I just want to take this time to praise them for actually “doing something” to help. I had a very troublesome client who ended up reporting me and made some false statement that got me a warning. I took up the issues with customer support and after a few hours of exchanging messages, they saw that I was right after all and took out the warning. I am glad this worked out fine and I just want to say kudos to the support guy Carlos who took my case personally. So while they can improve on protecting sellers more, let’s also commend them when they do good
so your warning is removed or not?
They removed it and actually apologized. Pretty impressive
