Support completely ignores tickets (3 weeks)

So here’s my Fiverr story…



My gigs go down because they were apparently “spam” however there are many gigs on Fiverr about selling Email accounts (what I was selling) and they have been live for a while…



I submitted a ticket about my gigs being “Denied” randomly about 3 weeks ago maybe even more…

Check this out, 3 weeks without a single reply from Fiverr Customer support…



Are these guys serious about this?

give it a few more days.

whenever i contact CS I get a response back within 2 days.

Don’t contact on Saturday, it’s their Jewish holiday. Their week begins for them on Sunday. Otherwise they should respond within a day or two.

They’re unlikely to re-activate your gig. You’re better off just creating a new one just like it.
