Support does not respond to tickets



I have 3 tickets that have been open for 3 days and
no employee has replied so far is this normal?


It seems they are understaffed due to the covid situation and therefore it’s taking longer for them to reply.

Are all 3 tickets for the same issue? :thinking:

I have been told if you submit more that one ticket for the same concern, that CS may see all of them as spam and therefore ignore them. :scream_cat:

it is for 3 different orders
with different problems

no there are 3 orders that have to be canceled
because customers want backlinks for drugs, porn, or banned drugs

Support is taking anything up to 10 days to respond at the moment. They’re overworked with the influx of new buyers and sellers due to covid-19. Be patient - they will get back to you …
