it’s being 24 days now and support is not responding. The ticket is still open. I know in all this COVID-19 situation the time is hard but 24 days is way too much. My level will be dropped from TRS to Level 2 if they did not respond to me and resolve the bug with the system.

There’s really nothing that anyone on the forums can do to help, unless we’ve heard about the bug before, and a potential fix.
