Support request bug


I’ve been trying to contact Customer Support about a couple of issues, which is normally very easy.

However, at the moment I’m getting an automatic email reply, with a link to my request, but when I click on the link it takes me to a page that says, OOPS the page you were looking for doesn’t exist.

Also, when I click on my activities there is nothing showing at all, not even previous discussions.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?

Can anyone help?

If you’re still experiencing this issue you can email the support team on directly to have them take a look for you, but it seems it may just be a temporary glitch.
