So I’ve made 2 requests to Customer Support in the last hour and neither of them are showing up in the “My Requests” Section. Is this a bug or is this the new norm? Are we just supposed to wait for CS to get back to us or what?
Try emailing support at fiverr dot com - it was the only way I could open a new ticket and get email confirmation that it had been received.
Somebody did say that it seemed to be working better in Firefox than Chrome?
Guess I’ll wait until tomorrow and try again.
