Support Requests Not Showing Up In Zendesk/Helpdesk Panel

Can’t seem to understand the issue here. I have some pending orders submitted to clients and they are not being completed after almost 2 months now (used to clear in three days).

Futhermore, when tried to contact Fiverr support, I have opened multiple tickets with Fiverr support yet none of them are showing up on the ‘My Activities’ section.

Any help would be appreciated. Can’t find any other possible way to contact Fiverr support.

I tried to send a ticket from 3 different browsers the other day, nada. I sent a mail then, to support@fiverr.com, that worked, I got a reply really fast even, within a couple hours.
