Support Tickets Won't Get Answered

I’ve recently opened about 3 support tickets and it’s been 3 days since I opened them. None of them got a single reply. I used to get replies pretty fast and I can’t figure out what’s wrong.



I usually mail feedback@fiverr.com and the tickets used to be resolved within a short period of time. I’ve never really had to wait this much time for an issue to be resolved. Anyone else facing this?

You will have to be patient they are real busy doing a lot of catch-up, I know this for a fact… They will answer all tickets in time.

they still do a good job just takes a long time I had one open and it took about 5 days for them to solve the issue
