Is there any option for provider (seller) to communicate with support on Fiverr?
I’ve founded an option for customers to ask something, but are sellers able to ask, or we have to try to find answers in Terms and other Rules? Can somebody help?
Go to the customer support section and http://support.fiverr.com
Both buyers and sellers can go to customer support. Simply submit a ticket from there to speak to a representative.
