Take out the rating percentage!

I think fiverr needs to use this new system, the rating system needs to be taken out. First reason no one can hold a 100% if a buyer decides to leave a rating below 5 stars. What should the system be then? Make it if a buyer rates you with either a 4 or 5 you keep your level, by level mean your badge if a customers rate you below 4 or 5 it tally’s up to a level loss, this would make sellers make sure they do a better job.
