Who should I contact to get back my temporary disabled account? Fiverr didnt even warn me before disabling my account. Please tell me what to do.

They give you a reason why they ban your profile. 
So, You can appeal. contact Fiverr bottom of the page. Choose help and support and you can add a ticket there.

Fiverr always sends an e-mail giving the reason for disabling your account. What kind of service did you offer?
