Thanking fiverr admin for resolving a very aggressive seller

I just experienced a seller who managed to deliver services to me that I did not order! So after they “delivered” the work that I did not ask for, they had the audacity to ask for information that would allow them to “complete” the so-called order. I responded that I did not order the services and rejected their work. I requested a cancellation - instead they sent me another gig of another type of service. By this time, I realized that I had been hacked because my fiverr balance was reduced! I immediately responded that could not coerce me into purchasing a service that I did not want. They ignored me. So I immediately reported my situation to fiverr directly and they order went away and my money was refunded.
