The 10 day deadline has crossed and customer support still have not provided a human response

Here is what customer support bot said to me

“Thank you for reaching out to Fiverr Support! This auto-reply is just to let you know that we received your inquiry and will get back to you with a (human) response as soon as possible. Due to the high demand, the current response times may extend up to 10 business days.”

Its been 10 days and yet no response. What should I do?

You can ask for an update within the same ticket.

Other than that, wait.

I had exactly the same experience. It was terrible though, but must accept the fact that the customer support of fiverr is on pandemic issue thing

I guess you are right, 3 of my posts which are each 11days old have not been answered
