The Attachment form is gone for deliveries?


I tried to deliver a file to a buyer and the attachment form is gone. Has anyone else experienced this and know why it is gone for the moment?

I delivered a couple of orders and I just double checked, everything works fine.

maybe there’s a bug affecting your gig/profile?


I believe this is a temporary glitch that will resolve itself. If you refresh your page a few times, the ‘attachment’ option should re-appear. If the problem continues, as @frank_d said, you should reach out to customer support.


This happens quite frequently with me. Usually rebooting my router and clearing the browser cache fixes this. :slight_smile:
