The Buyers have this BUG? Lost orders?

This message appears since last week… if the buyer see this is probably that can give up of purchase and search another user? Because the message is clearly: “This user is not available” Of course that is a bug… but the buyers know that? When the Fiverr will fix it?

OTHER THING:
Also i’m seeing a lot of users these days talk about that they lost their Gig impressions and clicks… could exist an bug in the search results too because: if the user is not available the gig will no be available too…

The Fiverr should have an page with informations about existent bugs, the status to fix it
