The order is delivered, the customer can not close the order! Something with the site or what?
Is it still open on your end? There have been some recent changes to the feedback system so if the client doesn’t review the order it won’t close on his end.
Perhaps it’s just a bug. If the delivery was made recently, within the 3 days he can try the usual…clearing browser, cookies, cache…try a different browser etc.
