Today i woke up with an email saying that my account was banned PERMANENTLY for not using a service that i did, AND i did that service, someone helps me, i was using that money to help my family and now they just ban me for nothing
Contact CS. That is all I can think of. if there is a way to dispute it then I would. Or make a new account if that is allowed in ToS

Nobody on the forum can restore your account.
Creating a new account would result in that account being disabled also.
You have two normal services in your GIGs so we have no idea what you did to get banned.

When you say you were banned “for not using a service that i did, AND i did that service” do you mean you were banned for not delivering something? Or what service didn’t you use that you should have? If you can prove to CS that you did the work for the buyer (and if it’s something that you deliver, that you delivered it) maybe they might remove the warning. If it’s something that you don’t deliver you should have attached proof of the work done/service done.
Confused at the words as well. I think he didn’t deliver.
