Over the last 24 hours, I’ve noticed that when I click on the ‘messages’ tab, the drop-down is either blank or grey.
This is occurring on Chrome.

This has been happening to me since last year or so, and CS could never find the bug, so I had to get used to it - a simple refresh makes it work for me, at least for a while until it breaks again 
I guess it’s just one of those bugs that stick for a few years until they get fixed 
if you don’t believe me, I still have the dashboard refresh bug that started happening 2-3 years ago
