I’m pretty sure it’s the language. If I don’t get it what they are writing or it sounds too rude. Almost like demanding, then I’m more likely to chancel the order before it has started. Continuing with a seller who can barely write in English can lead to negative ratings for both of us.
This never happened to me, but I think it’s something that could happen.
