"The new email you provided is either invalid or was used previously"

Refer to my reporting of another bug related to Online Status earlier, wherein, even after logging in, I am shown as offline and I have to go to “Settings” and manually change the “Online Status” from “You’re currently offline” to “Go online”.

While doing so, I noticed another bug, that has been introduced recently.

While I am changing the “Online Status” field, the code now checks for the “Email” field and gives this message, even if I haven’t touched or changed my email address. Please note.

I picked up on the online offline bug weeks ago but I haven’t tried changing my status manually and daren’t in case something worse happens.

Nothing goes wrong, trust me! I have been doing that since I encountered that bug as that one works for me.
