The request in the "buyer request" section disappears means?

In the “buyer request” section, if the request are disappearing after 30 or 40 offers, does this mean that the buyer already chose the seller ???

Buyers can pause their request.

Additionally, Fiverr also pauses requests if they reach a certain criteria.
