The seller folled me what should I do now!

Hi, I asked him to make a special code for me on my website!
He made a special offer for me, and told me the dead line is in a week.
I accept that, and after the dead line he told me that he need more three days.
I accept that, and now fiverr auto completed my order.
I can’t cancel it to have my money back
The seller just show me my order on his computer.
and told me he will put it on my website and I didin’t receive anything!
What to do now?
