The Seller is not cancelling the order

I just ordered someone to get some leads on my cpa offers But He/she is not able to perform this task yet in 24 hours he haven’t got any single lead yet When i opened a dispute he just declined it what should i do?

Go to customer support and ask them to cancel it and tell them why.
