the seller set the order is delivered after one day from starting the order and the order needs 15 days
this is mean that the order complete and the seller wants to fool me and take the money before the 15 days expire
what should i do ?

If seller offers you revision ,you can set the revision.

Ask the seller why he delivered before completing it.

If You get no revision then either you can wait until he finished the job or if you think seller not able to do the job contact with CS. As pandemic it takes time to respond but you will get the justice.

What do you mean by this? What have you ordered? Is it something that can be finished within one day?
