The story online does not stay after a reload page

How are you ? On the message “What is the story in on line” from my profile on Fiverr, this last one does not stay the same when I make an update. Why? On the profile of some persons(freelancers) on this platform this is work perfectly. Have you someone in the support who can fix that, please?

When I change the story text on my profile, this last one does not update. I reload the page, the text not stay the same, he reset again. How to fix that, please?
