The Vista Print Offer

So after I had an order completed for some business cards (which I still have some doubts about) there was an option right under that offered a 500 print out of my cards on Vista. Only thing is I’m not sure if it just takes the finished product and pushes it out without me checking anything over. If it does I’m in a bit of trouble because the person who did my cards (I’m no expert on how it’s done) when I was on vista by myself I had to pretty much resize the image (which was a TIFF) file to fit the perimeters of Vista. It still had “Front Of Cards” visible in the image itself.

Just looking for some helpful info that’s all.
