Hi,

After deliver the order and received feedback.

I got this message from fiverr.

"Hi twitterfavorite, We have been informed that a dispute was opened for your order FO12F2576B87: give Instant 10000 High Quality Twitter Followers. As a result, we are forced to cancel this order and ask that you discontinue your work. Please note that in some cases disputes are nothing more than temporary holds that are put on funds to make sure that they were authorized by the buyer. The dispute does not indicate that the buyer initiated it. If the dispute gets resolved, the buyer will receive an offer to reorder your gig. Thanks, The Fiverr Team"

Does anybody face this kind of problem before?

Please suggest me.

Thanks…

FYI, in case you’re too lazy to read the TOS.

Gigs may be removed by Fiverr for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:

Illegal or Fraudulent services, Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement

Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement reported through our Intellectual Property Claims Policy found here

Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene

Intentional copies of Gigs

Spam, Nonsense, or Violent Gigs

Gigs misleading to buyers, including violations of third party terms of service

Reselling of regulated goods

Gigs that are removed for violations mentioned above, may result in the removal of the seller’s account.

Reply to @twitterfavorite: Are you saying that you wrote to Fiverr and they said you can sell twitter followers? Or just that Fiverr allowed you to place the gig?

You do understand that on Twitters Terms of Use that buying followers is prohibited. So while Fiverr may be turning a blind eye to some of the Social media gigs that probably shouldn’t be there, if the Twitter user got caught doing something, Twitter will link it back to Fiverr. And Fiverr will suspend your account.

So for right now there is nothing to do but wait it out and see what gets resolved.

Things like this are often a charge back request that Fiverr receives from Paypal. Not necessarily to do with what you have provided, but to do with behavior on the Buyers end. If your gig was purchased fraudulently by the Buyer, and a chargeback is initiated by Paypal, this is the message you would receive.
