There must be an option for seller to Challenge Buyer,s FEEDBACK

Hi,
Being a seller I think there must be an option for sellers to challenge buyers feedback and then Fiverr CS need to go through the order and whole deal and find out that sellers challenge is right or wrong… what you people think?

at this time i think sellers are having lesser rights or role in the FEEDBACK system. right or wrong?

As of right now, I think it is more about what Fiverr can and can’t do. They are barely able to keep up with all the CS tickets they’re receiving (right now), and on top of that, you expect Fiverr to give sellers the ability to challenge a feedback and for CS to personally handle each ticket they receive (where sellers are challenging their reviews/ratings)? That’s beyond impossible (for Fiverr’s current size). That would probably need thousands and thousands of employees dedicated to just answering all the CS tickets on time.

it could be restricted like 3 max challenges in one month or 2, something like that and that if for level two sellers only or above than that.

and that is not an expectation sir, that you can say a demand as being a seller we need some rights too as all of the things are going in favor of buyer only when it comes to review and feedback system. don’t you think so? buyer can manipulate sellers hard work?

Absolutely. Just got a 1 star review from someone who cancelled an order he made by mistake. A bit much, I thought. We should be able to challenge these things.

Of course, sellers will vote with their feet (as I am increasingly doing) if this kind of thing keeps happening, with no recourse to get it fixed …

The reason Fiverr made it no longer an option for reviews to be changed is that too many sellers were using the opportunity to make their profiles and work appear better than it really was. Now because of such sellers the rest of us must suffer. Cancellation counting against us is another example of sellers trying to manipulate the system.

I feel bad for all of us sellers who now must suffer because of the actions of the less than upright sellers.

How? Am I a good seller because I have never needed to ask for a review change? Am I a bad seller because I have had to cancel orders?

I think the new rules are made to thin out the bad sellers even though they affect many good sellers. By not letting reviews be changed, sellers consistently getting poor reviews will leave the site because they will get little to no work. Right now Fiverr drops the lowest review in the last 60 days when calculating performance for St. Levels’ Day. Also, they have dropped the required review average to 4.7 from 4.8. I believe that FiverrF is making an effort to help sellers with the review problemc and I for one am glad for their efforts.

Sellers need a button to click on that will erase a buyer’s review. :no_entry_sign:

i got your point but how about this, delivered work to client and he is saying he did not get work on order page (not able to download file) and he gave us a 1 star for that, what about such reviews ?
