… This has been happening for the last 2 hours. I have sent in my request to Customer Support… and then have spent time reading horror stories about people not being able to get their money. Anyone else go through this recently with a good outcome?



I know I posted something similar in the “bug” section… I’m just paranoid now. I have a nice chunk of cash I need to pull out to get stuff paid tomorrow :frowning:

Nope. This is brand new. I was having the same issue as everyone else earlier today. Then everything worked fine. I’ve tried to withdraw for the last 3 hours now and I’m having issues. And my “estimated current revenue” seems to be shrinking… by the amount that I’ve attempted to withdraw… which is starting to add up! I’ve sent customer support a message… I’m just worried this is going to take forever.

Expect about 5 days to get a reply from customer support :frowning:

I’m guessing they are aware of the issue and will fix this. Maybe by the next blue moon.

And now my revenue page looks different. It’s missing the “estimated current revenues” section entirely.

Yeah I was trying to withdrawal $20 and I must have clicked the confirm link like 10 times. Then my estimated earnings decreased $20 for every time I clicked the link, lol

No… I mean there is no “estimated current revenue” and everything is kinda shifted to the right. I’d do a screenshot… but have no idea how… or how to block out my revenue.

Looks like they already blocked it, lol. How many times did you click the confirm link? It decreases every time you click it. If you went passed $0 then it might take it away. Pretty soon you’ll start owing them money :slight_smile:

If you add the amounts from Awaiting Clearance, Withdrawal Your Revenue and the total money from your pending gigs, that is your true estimated current revenue.

Just wait a day or two, I’m sure they’ll fix it. There is really nothing else we can do except rant on this forum :slight_smile:

I went and withdrew my funds just now and everything went fine as always. However, I first took a screenshot just in case.



I guess this is just bad luck for you. :frowning:

I hope it will resolve itself soon too. I just checked. The last ticket I sent took 10 days to get a response. I’m praying it’s faster here. I’m planning a freaking wedding in the next 2 weeks and I’m relying on this money.

I was really nervous because I really needed the money too. Fortunately for me, everything went fine.

I withdrew my earnings roughly 8 hours ago with no problems at all. This was after their maintenance in the withdrawal system.



Try checking with customer support.
