There's an issue with my Fiverr account

Hi guys,

today i receive this email from fiverr and i really dont know what is he talking about. i did nothing wrong and all my ratings are 90%.

To provide a pleasant buyer experience, we ask that you deliver the specific work requested and within the agreed upon time frame. Failing to do so hurts our community and the shopping experience. For more information, please review our Terms of Service.

This is your first reminder. Another violation of Fiverr’s TOS will result in a demotion of your current level.

i am a new seller and i am delivering every order in time. i dont know whats going on.

if some facing this issue then please let me know how to resolve this.

That warning is often given if you deliver without an attachment or if you deliver part of an order with or without a promise to send the rest soon.

If you need more time to complete an order.

Simply request a delivery extension via The Resolution Center!
