i am thinking to delete my profile because i was new and don’t know about terms and conditions.SO I get two warnings and i get two bad reviews so my overal rating become 4.2 . i don’t think with this rating i will get new orders.
what should i do…

If you can’t get new orders and wanted to create a new account after closing your current one, you’d need to ask CS first I think to get their permission (for creating a new account).
