Time for completion in resolution center first decreased to 1 minute and then started increasing

I delivered the order 3 days back, I waited for the buyer to review the order then I clicked on resolution center it said

"I see that you delivered this order. Since you are here, I’m calculating that there is trouble completing it. You should wait for the buyer to review your order. If the buyer does not, this order will be marked as completed in 1 DAY."

Then after 1 day when few minutes remaining it said “1 MIN”, Then it started increasing to 2min , 3 min … now it is 21 minutes…

I also submitted a technical request to fiverr but no reply. When will my order get the status completed??

I already waited for 3 days, today was the starting of the fourth day

now it says
