Time keeps going higher and higher to cancel

A seller failed to deliver on time. She’s not responding at all. So I want to cancel and the time to cancel keeps going higher and higher. About an hour ago, it said “If this is not resolved in 1 minute, I will enable the option for you to cancel the order.” Then I came back a few minutes later and it said 33 minutes. Now it’s saying 38 minutes.

…now it’s telling me 41 minutes…

…and now it’s saying 1 hour again, like it did about 5 hours ago…

Just click resolution center and cancel. If she doesn’t agree, talk to customer service.

With that said, how late is she? If she’s an hour late, wait 24 hours. If she’s 3-days late, just cancel.
