Time still counting though answered the message

Just now I have received a message. I have answered but time still counting. Plz help me.

Here is the screenshot of the message. You will see the time counter there.

I had the same problem more than once and I wrote about here in the forums. After 24 hours, the timer will stop automatically and it won’t affect your response rate. That’s what happened with me.

Reply to @sumon770: You’re not the only one, this happened to me a few days back except mine counted down and lowered my response rate %, even though I replied twice, wasn’t impressed with that so send a ticket to support, twice, eventually they fixed it! :slight_smile:
