Tip for New Seller on Fiverr

A cancellation is effect your profile if it is not mutually cancelled.
For example if buyer order your gig and submit information ,After that he is not responding to you than the only solution is to refund him, But keep in mind that as i mention above that cancellation is effect on your rate if it is not done mutually . So wait for your buyer one day and if he is still not responding your cancellation request than do not let the order cancel automatically .Contact fiverr customer support and let the manage this.

Ok. It looks pretty strange to post a vague tip and then have your friends bump it. To avoid the chances of Fiverr editorial misunderstanding, I really don’t suggest doing this. It’s up to you, but that’s my advice.
