Tip to keeping a buyer responding to your questions as regards to any order

This is a very short and straightforward tip for every seller.

     I recently found out that as soon as I get an order, most of the time, a good number of buyers respond very late each time I ask any question. For this reason, I decided to remind my client of the importance of always keeping in touch. I would always put up a write-up like this "Please friend, endeavor to always check your mobile or PC in case I have any question as regards to your order. With this, I would be able to serve you better, thanks." That's it! Since then all my clients have always been very responsive, and in most cases, they would be the ones first to ask if I have any question. I believe this would also work for other sellers.
