Tips for dealing with difficult buyers

Hey guys! I often wonder whether I handle buyers wrong if they’re being difficult or extremely pedantic.



How do you deal with buyers who are giving you a hard time? Not only for pedantic buyers, but for snappish or rude buyers, or buyers who are vague or poor at getting their ideas across?



I think it’d be really useful to learn how to deal with buyers like this. Not to shove them along the production line, but to work with them and understand a little better how to keep them from clicking the ‘thumbs down’ button. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
