Todo have 1 unread message, but there are none


I have this problem, in the Todo I have 1 message unread.

But when I press on it I am getting to the “Unread” tab in messages, and there is no messages there.

This notification does not get over… it’s just stuck!


Check Archived and Starred.


I have checked them… there are none that I need to open…

I have opened ALL conversations…


I had the same thing. Contact Customer Support and they will fix it for you.


This happens from time to time.

It should probably clear out withing a few hours. Try deleting your browser history and cookies. It might be your browser thinking that an item which was there earlier was not solved yet.

Nothing to worry about. As long as it does not appear in your notifications tab, it has nothing to do with a message or order that you missed.
