Too long time for review of new request

Whenever I post a new request, it goes to the review of the fiver team. Often it takes 8-12 hours for approval. I am based in Singapore, so the time may be longer. However it is a big time delay from posting of request to the time is is live for bidding by others.

Why there is a need for this review, especially for people who are using it fiverr for some time.
