Too many generic buyer request proposals

I’ve used the buyer request from time to time, especially on the illustration matters. However, even though I clearly stated the drawing style of the illust, most sellers would contact me with such generic proposals.

Something like that goes with;

I’ve been working on this field for X years, I’m a professional, please choose me for your job, thanks.

And then they would give me link to the portfolio that doesn’t even have the art style I described. I mean, a portfolio is great since I would be able to check the images he/she created, but I’m kinda getting tired of generic proposals overall. Anyone having a similar experience?

Yep, I have had the same issue when I have tried Buyer’s Requests. For 85% of all the offers you receive, it will be clear that the seller has not read your request at all.
