TOP-level seller is not for me, according to Fiverr team?

I have finally achieved TOP-seller level requirements according to Fiverr analytics page.
Was waiting for June 15th to get this so planned and so wanted promotion and this what i get in result http://prntscr.com/o2gwu7 .

They decide that i’m not ready yet. WHAT??? WHAT THAT MEANS ?? CAN THEY AT LEAST SPECIFY WHAT I NEED TO IMPROVE?

Maybe i miss something, but if you offering TOP level rating, maybe you can specify exactly what people need to improve to get it?? Why do we need this analytics page after all if i didn’t get my promotion?

I’m so pissed because of that

It’s not an easy task to achieve all those requirements and to get such common answer is rude and not fair due to the sellers who work hard and providing their service on a highest level.

Just FYI i have closed almost 300 orders and almost 230 of them get 5* review (1-2 gets 4.7). For the all time i’ve been on fiverr i didn’t get any 1* ANY! And any open complains.

I just don’t get the Fiverr

TRS level is manually selected. You were only nominated for TRS. There are many level 2 sellers who were nominated for TRS and didn’t get it yet. There are even level 2 sellers with more then 2k orders and still didn’t get TRS.

Just keep what you do and maybe some day you will get TRS status.

No problem with manually selected. I just want more specific answer. What exactly i need to improve?? I would make my service better if i would known what is not right with it by Fiverr team opinion

Nobody knows that, they just decide who will be TRS and that is it.
