Top selling gig is not showing in marketplace what should someone do

Hi from last few months partially my top selling gig paused and then active similar pause and active again automatically now from few weeks my gig is not showing and not receiving any order because gig is not showing in marketplace i’m not sure what i do i contacted fiverr support they are saying gig is activated but not showing in the marketplace they are not helping me 😦
I’m not sure what to do? Any suggestion, please?
